Troubleshooting Bridge Deposits

What to do if a Bridge deposit hasn't arrived, including no-liquidity and below-minimum refund scenarios.

If a Bridge deposit hasn't shown up as expected, this article covers the most common causes and what happens in each case.

Deposit hasn't arrived yet

Settlement time varies by source chain. Most EVM chains (such as Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Polygon, and Base) typically settle in about a minute, while Bitcoin typically takes around fourteen minutes. If your deposit is still within this window, wait before taking further action.

No liquidity available for the token you sent

Token availability on the Solana receiving side depends on liquidity. If the token has no available liquidity at the time of your transfer, a refund can be issued.

Amount sent was below the minimum threshold

Bridge has a minimum deposit amount, and it varies by token. If the amount you sent is below the minimum threshold for that token, a refund can be issued.

Minimum amounts vary by token. Check the amount you'll receive before sending, since the interface shows this upfront.

Sent an unsupported asset or used the wrong network

Only send a token that Bridge supports on the chain you selected, and only use the deposit address generated for that specific chain-and-token combination. Sending an unsupported asset, or sending to the address using the wrong network, can result in permanent loss of funds.
