Quick answers to the most common questions about Bridge.
What is Bridge?
Bridge lets you receive funds from other blockchains directly into your Solflare wallet on Solana. You pick the chain you're sending from and the token you want on Solana, get a deposit address, and send to it from any wallet. The funds arrive on Solana in your chosen token.
How is this different from a typical bridge?
You don't connect a wallet or pick a route. You just send to an address, and the funds land directly in your own wallet. Think deposit address, not a traditional bridge swap.
Which chains can I send from?
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Arbitrum, BNB Chain, Polygon, Tron, and Base.
Which tokens can I send, and which can I receive?
Almost any token on a supported source chain, subject to liquidity. On Solana, SOL and stablecoins are usually available to receive; other tokens depend on liquidity. Only send supported assets — sending an unsupported asset can result in permanent loss of funds.
Do I need to connect another wallet?
No. You copy the deposit address and send to it from any wallet on the source chain. You never connect a wallet to Solflare for this.
Is the deposit address really permanent?
Yes. The same chain and receiving-token pairing always generates the same address. Save it and reuse it for future deposits. A different pairing gets its own address.
What are the fees?
0.1% for stablecoin-to-stablecoin transfers, and 1% for all other combinations, calculated on the asset you receive. Standard network fees on the source chain also apply.
What's the maximum slippage?
5% on any deposit. You see the exact amount you'll receive before you send, so the cap is there to protect you.
How long does it take?
Usually minutes — about a minute for most EVM chains, and around fourteen minutes for Bitcoin.
Can I send from Solana to another chain using Bridge?
No. Bridge is one-way: funds come from other chains into Solana. It isn't a way to move assets off Solana.
What happens if I send a token with no liquidity, or below the minimum amount?
A refund can be issued in either case — if the token has no available liquidity at the time, or if the amount sent is below the minimum threshold for that token. Minimum amounts vary by token.
On which platforms is Bridge available?
Bridge is available on Solflare mobile, web, and the browser extension.
