Bridge: Get Funds From Any Major Chain Onto Solana

Overview of Bridge — receive funds from other blockchains directly into your Solflare wallet on Solana, using a permanent deposit address.

Bridge lets you receive funds from other blockchains directly into your Solflare wallet on Solana. You pick the chain you're sending from and the token you want on Solana, get a deposit address, and send to it from any wallet. The funds arrive on Solana in your chosen token — no second wallet, no bridge app, and no manual swap.

The simplest way to think about it

The right mental model is a deposit address, like the one a centralized exchange gives you — except Bridge is self-custodial and cross-chain. You never connect a wallet holding real funds to an unfamiliar app. You just send to an address, and the funds land directly in your own Solflare wallet.

How it works

  1. Open the Bridge screen in Solflare and select the chain you're sending from (for example, Ethereum) and the token you want to receive on Solana (for example, SOL).

  2. Solflare generates a deposit address for that specific chain-and-token combination.

  3. Send funds to that address from any wallet on the source chain.

  4. The funds arrive on Solana in your Solflare wallet, in the token you chose.

This is a one-way flow: funds come from other chains into Solana. Bridge is not a way to move assets off Solana to another chain.

Key benefits

  • A permanent address you save once: the same source chain and receiving token combination always generates the same deposit address, so you can save it and reuse it for future deposits.

  • No wallet connection, ever: you only ever interact with an address — your wallet never connects to an unfamiliar app.

  • Lands in the wallet you already use: funds arrive directly in your everyday Solflare wallet, ready to use.
