If you’re experiencing this issue only on mobile: this is because of the way our mobile infrastructure works, recently created collections and recently minted NFTs may take up to 48 hours to catch up with the network, and you would only need to wait for the token to show up.
If you’re browsing directly on Solflare’s website or utilizing the Solflare browser extension: the NFT might not be correctly following the Metaplex Metadata Standard.
This standard is the one all NFTs on the Solana network work with, so if the development team of that particular NFT didn’t follow it, it won’t display correctly on Solflare or any other SPL wallet. The only way to fix this is to get in touch with that collection’s development team.
