Private Send lets you send a token to another wallet without a direct on-chain link between your wallet and theirs. Your transfer is routed through a third-party privacy provider, and the recipient receives the same token you send. For example, USDC goes in and USDC comes out.
What to know before you start
Privacy: Private Send breaks the direct on-chain link between sender and recipient. It does not guarantee anonymity.
Same token only: Private Send keeps the sent and received token the same. Cross-token transfers are a separate feature.
Fees: Private Send includes a provider fee and a network fee. Review the details on the confirmation screen before you confirm.
Double-check the recipient address. Sends to a wrong address can't be reversed.
How to send privately
Open the Solflare app and tap Send.
Select the token and enter the amount.
Enter the recipient's wallet address.
Choose the private send option.
Review the confirmation screen, then confirm.
Tracking your Private Send
A private send takes longer than a regular send, because it settles through a provider.
While it's in progress, a status banner appears in your portfolio.
If the send fails, the banner shows a Contact Support option.
If your Private Send fails
Tap Contact Support on the banner, or chat with us in the app.
Include your wallet address, the token and amount, and the time of the send.
Refunds are handled with the provider. Don't try to send again until support has confirmed what happened with your order.
